Each president organizes the college differently so that some departments may contract, expand, or morph under another title.  The largest growth has been in personnel for Academic Affairs, Administration Services and Student Affairs.  These departments have about doubled in size, even while the number of students remains stable.  It's unclear why it takes twice as many employees to do whatever it is they do.
